4Can I ride your products without License?

Yes, According to government rule Our products Which are below 25Km/hr can be ridden without Requirement of License.

5Where is this Situated?

We are currently Operating from Vasai (near Mumbai).

6Can we come to have a Demo or See the Product?

Yes, you can come to our location, But before coming you need to communicate with our executives for there availability of slots. Also, before coming always contact our executive.

7How many days does delivery takes?

For Model we have in inventory we will take around 5-6 days and For model which is preordered it generally takes 35-45 days.

8Are these New and Original Products?

Our Company is the Official Partner of Segway in India and we only sell Brand New Original Segway Ninebot and HUSE.

9I would like to enquire about the ninebot go Kart?

We have 2 types in go-kart
1)Go-kart Pro which is a whole go-kart setup you just need to buy and enjoy it.
2)Go-kart Kit it is a kit you will have to buy either S or S Max with the kit so that you have a complete model.

10What about the after sale service / spares?

We are the official partner of segway in India so we are doing the after-sales service so you can totally rely on us for that.

11Where do you deliver your Product?

We deliver our product in all areas of India.

12What is preorder?

Because of the high demand for products. For Our Potential Customers to give Products on Priority we have this system. In preorder, you have to pay a minimum amount for a particular product depending on the product and after the Model has arrived we will contact you to pay the rest of the Amount after that within 4-5 business days your product will reach you, These whole process usually takes 35-45 days.

13Is EMI Available?

Yes, there are a number of EMI options available. When you check out the product there all the EMI options will be shown.

The battery contains high-quality lithium-ion cells that can easily give you 3000 Charging cycles which is roughly 7-8 years of Life if used well.
